I had a great experience overall, with a fantastic location near Universal Studios and several dining options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but they weren't soundproof, which was a bit of a downside. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very friendly while others seemed less so. Still, I felt that the hotel offered good value for money considering the amenities and the location.
